Online Personal Coaching

1-2-1 tailored fitness and nutritional guidance for a fraction of the price of face to face PT sessions.

Face to face sessions are great, but if you struggle to keep yourself accountable outside of your face to face sessions, this could be perfect for you!

Online coaching packages are for a minimum of 12 weeks and include:

  • Bespoke exercise/workout plans and nutritional support and guidance tailored to your individual goals and circumstances.

  • Regular monitoring 1-2-1 contact with me to keep you on track.

  • Daily check ins and reminders to keep you accountable.

  • Goal and Habit tracking

  • Progress tracking
