Bookings and Cancellation Policy
All PT sessions are to be paid in full prior to attendance.
A minimum 12 hour notice period is required to cancel or rearrange a session.
Cancellations made within the 12 hours prior to the session start time will be charged at the full session rate.
Unlimited monthly classes
All payments are paid in advance for the following calendar month and are to be collected via Stripe within the Gymcatch App. Once paid fees for the month are non refundable and non transferable. You may cancel your membership at any time.
10 class pass
Sessions are valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase.
All class fees must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
Evening classes - cancellations must be made by 12pm on the day of the class.
Morning classes - cancellations must be made by 8pm on the day before the class.
Monies will not be refunded but will be transferable to a future class booking
Cancellations made after the cut off point will be charged at the full rate. This also applies to Class Pass holders who will forfeit a class credit.
