What do I offer? A training program tailored to your individual goals. It’s that simple! The methods, exercises and techniques we use will be those that are best suited to you as an individual. In person sessions take place at my home studio.

Weekly classes

Select 'Book classes' from the menu to see my current timetable. Classes are suitable for all abilities. Whether you are a beginner or already consider yourself super-fit all classes can be adapted to suit you. I also have an On Demand Library of classes that you can stream on demand.

Pilates

Classes and private sessions.

Bringing a contemporary approach to the traditional Pilates style, to include more functional movement for everyday life. Strengthening the core muscles while also focusing on full body strength, posture and mobility.
